    Prosecutor, Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina

    Member of the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council of Bosnia and Herzegovina (HJPC BiH)

    Term: 11/2024 – 11/2028

    Ms Bojana Jolović was born on 24 May 1982, in Sokolac. She graduated from the Faculty of Law, University of East Sarajevo, in 2006, and passed the bar exam in Sarajevo in 2009.

    From 2006 to 2011, she worked in the legal department of an insurance company as a legal representative, and from 2011 to the end of 2015, she worked as a legal associate at a law office in Sarajevo.

    By decision of the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council of Bosnia and Herzegovina on 7 December 2015, she was appointed as a prosecutor at the Cantonal Prosecutor’s Office of the Sarajevo Canton.

    She served as a prosecutor at the Cantonal Prosecutor’s Office of the Sarajevo Canton for the next five years, during which, in 2019 and 2020, she also held the position of Deputy Head of the Department for Economic Crime and Corruption.

    On 23 October 2020, she was appointed by the HJPC BiH as a prosecutor at the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

    In October 2024, the prosecutors of the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina elected Bojana Jolović as a member of the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
